About the workshop
Do you have babies or children around you? Then it’s a reassuring feeling to know what to do in an emergency. Especially with young children, accidents can happen in an instant. A bite of a sandwich that’s too big. A fall in the playground. A mug of scalding hot tea tipping over… By joining this workshop, you’ll be well prepared for the consequences of these kinds of accidents. You’ll know what to do—and feel confident enough to take action.

Together with a certified instructor
You will always be taught by a certified instructor using an interactive method. This workshop will take place during one evening. Livis has grown since 2008 into the largest nationwide provider of first aid courses, which is why we partner with them to offer the training at your location.
The instructor demonstrates the techniques for each topic. Afterwards, you will practice yourself, so you can develop the right skills and build the confidence to provide first aid when it’s needed. You will receive guidance, tips & tricks, and have the opportunity to ask all your questions.
Firstguardian facilitates the workshop at your location.
Wat will you learn
You will learn how to bring your child to safety, how to assess the situation, which emergency services to alert, and how to provide first aid. All focused on the seven most common types of accidents:
✓ unconsciousness
✓ nosebleeds
✓ choking
✓ skin wounds
✓ burns
✓ sprains
✓ poisoning
What won’t you learn?
In this workshop, you will not learn how to perform CPR or how to use an AED
